FOOD; MAKE A QUICK SMOOTHIE

Some people don’t like to take a breakfast in the morning when they wake up.
You can choose yoghurt with muesli or you can make a quick smoothie, it’s that easy and it will been ready in 5 minutes!

* You need:
- a blender
- yoghurt (I choose with vanilla taste)
- and fruit (I choose frozen fruit, cause it’s cheaper)
- If you don’t like vanilla yoghurt use some honey
AND THAT’S IT!

First you need to put some yoghurt in the blender (like a cup you use for thee), put some fruit in it and mix.
After you have mixed it, put your drink in a cup and voila!
